1. Open Netscape Mail 6.2.
2. Click 'Edit,' and select 'Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings...'
   
   
   
3. Select 'New Account.'
4. Choose 'ISP or email provider,' and click 'Next.'
   
   
   
5. Enter your name in the 'Your Name:' field.
6. Enter your full fidnet email address (username@fidnet.com) in the 'Email Address:' field, and click 'Next.'
   
   
   
7. Select 'POP' and enter 'pop3.fidnet.com' in the 'Server Name:' field.
   
   
   
8. Enter 'smtp.fidnet.com' in the 'Server Name:' field under 'Outgoing Server (SMTP) Settings.'
9. Enter your fidnet usernamein the 'User Name:' field.
   
   
   
10. Enter a name for your Netscape Mail account in the 'Account Name:' field, and click 'Next.'
11. Click 'Next,' and then click 'Finish.' (Don't worry if you get an error message indicating that you cannot connect to pop3.fidnet.com. Just click OK.
    
12. Click Finish
